We are building our class offerings for adults and currently offer African Drumming taught by Rhythm Synergy as well as classes introducing The Alexander Technique. The word “tessitura” is a musical term referring to the range of a voice or instrument. Musicians work on their range, or tessitura, to improve its clarity, color, texture, and other qualities. Similarly, each of us has our own range of being, or tessitura. Like musicians, we strive to improve and enhance our awareness of our tessitura. Not surprisingly, music offers a unique and effective way for us to do just that. This is the intention behind every class and session offered at Tessitura studio.
