Tessitura continues to grow and is always interested in offering adult classes that promote wellness. Drumming is an excellent way to promote wellness and Tessitura is proud to offer drumming classes taught by Colleen Caffrey of Rhythm Synergy.

Understanding & Managing Energy
Several introductory classes will be offered over the next few weeks. This 1 1/2 hour introductory format is for anyone who would like to gain a better understanding of what "energy" is and learn basic tools for how to manage energy in their life. You will learn how to identify these energies and gain greater awareness of what you are experiencing, what is yours/what is not, how to clear energies, and how to recall your own energy. This is also a good opportunity to review some basic tools for those of you who've had classes with Lynnette in the past. Simply email Lynnette and let her know which class you'd like to attend.
